No longer can one private gun owner post a picture of a firearm online and then meet to sell the item privately with the potential buyer. Background checks on private sales are a waste of time, effort and money. Laws already exist that prohibit transferring a firearm to someone not legally allowed to possess one. It is also impractical and would create more strain on a system that's already busy.
